April Daltonalomes (She/Her) | Principal Psychologist

April is a compassionate and client-focused psychologist known for her diverse clinical expertise and warm, neuro-affirming approach. She provides therapeutic intervention, psychological assessment, and professional supervision, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic. April is committed to delivering personalised care that respects and responds to each individual’s unique strengths, experiences, and needs, fostering insight, empowerment, and meaningful progress toward their goals.

She works with individuals aged 16 and over, supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions, and challenges associated with neurodiversity. April also provides assessments for individuals aged 6 and above, including autism, ADHD, cognitive, academic, and vocational assessments.

Her therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Supportive Counselling.

April also offers clinical supervision for psychologists working with individuals aged 16+, providing guidance on both therapeutic interventions and psychological assessments.
