Emma McAllister (She/Her) | Provisional Psychologist

Emma is a Provisional Psychologist who has completed a Master of Professional Psychology and brings over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families within the community services sector. She has extensive experience helping individuals and families navigate a range of life challenges, while creating a safe and supportive environment for client-centred care.

Emma is knowledgeable about local community resources and is passionate about helping clients build meaningful connections and access the supports they need. She utilises evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients.

She welcomes referrals of a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, family support needs, school concerns, trauma-related concerns, life adjustments, interpersonal distress, relationship issues, and neuroaffirming care for all clients, including ADHD or autistic individuals.
