Phoebe Watson (She/Her) | Psychologist
Phoebe is a psychologist with experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and their families, to support them in achieving their goals. She has particular experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and intellectual disabilities, and takes a collaborative, team-based approach to ensure each client feels empowered and supported to live a fulfilling life.
Phoebe works closely with parents, caregivers, and schools to build understanding and provide practical strategies that promote a child’s success and wellbeing. She conducts cognitive, educational, ADHD, autism, and adaptive behaviour assessments for children and provides therapeutic support for emotional, social, and behavioural challenges. Phoebe draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and has experience developing behaviour support plans and supporting children and families through key transitions, such as moving from kindergarten to school.
Passionate about working from a strengths-based perspective, Phoebe supports individuals from all walks of life to build resilience, enhance wellbeing, and achieve positive outcomes in their emotional, social, and mental health.
