Ashlea Sutton (She/Her) | Psychologist

Ashlea is a registered psychologist with extensive experience in both the non-government and private sectors. She works with adolescents (14+) and adults experiencing a wide range of challenges, including trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, grief and loss, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and stress management. She also supports current and ex-serving ADF members and first responders.

Passionate about creating a welcoming and empowering space, Ashlea takes a client-centred approach grounded in trauma-informed and neuro-affirming practices. She tailors therapy to each person’s unique needs and integrates evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Gottman Methods to promote meaningful progress and healing.

Recognising that therapy is a deeply personal journey, Ashlea is committed to fostering an inclusive, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to work toward their therapeutic goals.
