Emma is a Provisional Psychologist who has completed a Master of Professional Psychology and brings over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families within the community services sector. She has extensive experience helping individuals and families navigate a range of challenges, including anxiety and depression, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), school refusal, behavioural issues, emotional regulation difficulties, family support needs, trauma, life adjustments, interpersonal distress, and general psychological distress.

Emma is knowledgeable about local community resources and is passionate about helping clients build meaningful connections and access the supports they need. She utilises evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients.
